Beginning of kitteh-hood.

So, one day, Tony and I were at PetSmart in Latham buying something for our hamster. I asked him if we could look at the cat adoption center and he said yes, so we went over to the other side of the store. When I got there I spotted a cage with 3 kittens in it. I instantly got the urge to take them out and hold them. It was love at first sight.

If I remember correctly I didn't even have to ask Tony- we both wanted a kitten as soon as we saw them and had talked about adopting one earlier. It took us a long time to decide which kitten we wanted, but we finally chose "Chester" because of his incredibly adorable face and his beautiful fur. We figured, all kittens are pretty malleable as far as personality goes and he'll calm down eventually. Heh.. heh...


The picture above was taken when we first brought him home. He sat in the kennel for a while before he got curious enough to wander around the bathroom.
